I think it is a virus because I have this program try to get onto my computer like five time in my computing history, and each time I have to use ccleaner to get it out... If your having trouble with this problem, the only way I can help it get onto safe mode (press and hold the f8 key when restarting your computer, and navigate into the safe mode option). Then go into ccleaner and go to remove files, and push aro. Or right click on the aro icon and push go to program folder where you can delete it from there. Richard M. | |

How to uninstall ARO 2012 or ARO 2011
To remove ARO 2012 from your computer, please follow the manual instructions below.
- Click the Windows Start Button. You can find it in the lower-left corner of the taskbar.
- Type 'uninstall'.
- Click Add or remove programs.
