I believe it is part of TiVo Desktop which allows trasfer of TiVo programming to my PC. My TiVo also uses an Ethernet port on my router to update program schedules rather than a phone line. Either way, if my Tivo wasn't connected to my PC this program would not be needed. I would still like to know more detail on what is dangerous about it. |
