stpass.exe is not part of Windows, but it is important nonetheless. The file stpass.exe is found in a subdirectory of "C:\Program Files". Frequently occurring are file sizes such as 58,632 bytes (40% of all these files), 63,944 bytes, 3,148,152 bytes or, as the case may be, 3,664,384 bytes.
