This file ties up several computers making CA junk.....

System Explorer shows it whilst the system is idleing. Performance I O writes. It was not found in Windows System 32. It was found in C programs CA and checked with Virustotal which I did not understand. Filenet shows the file size as does Virus total and both sizes were about the same so I concluded that the file is not a virus. (further information...)
